These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clappy, the super connector for the film and entertainment industry. By providing your contact information and interacting with Clappy, you agree to these Terms.
"Service" means the Clappy platform and its functionalities, including AI voice calls, SMS/WhatsApp messaging, email communications, web interactions, matching logic, and the facilitation of introductions.
"User" means an individual who has provided contact information to Clappy and completed an AI intake interaction, including an AI phone call or AI chat intake.
"Partner" means an organization that collaborates with Clappy to provide services to its network and to share opted-in users with Clappy’s global matching pool.
"Profile Information" means information you provide directly or that is publicly available from professional sources you link or make available to Clappy, such as LinkedIn, IMDb, Productions.com, Portrait, or other industry platforms.
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined by applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
"Content" means any information, data, text, audio, images, or other materials submitted, posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available by Users through the Service, including call recordings and transcripts if applicable.
"Introduction" means a Clappy-facilitated connection between Users, including the sharing of contact information only after double-opt-in.
"Matching Pool" means the database or set of profiles that are eligible to be considered for Introductions.
"Marketing Communications" means any promotional or informational emails, SMS messages, newsletters, or similar communications sent by or on behalf of Clappy.
"Data Controller" means Greenlit Labs Inc., the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.
"Applicable Law" means all laws, rules, regulations, directives, and orders applicable to the Service and the parties, including data protection, consumer protection, and telecommunications laws.
"Company" refers to Greenlit Labs Inc.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By using Clappy, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.
Clappy operates primarily via SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email, without a traditional web login.
To become a User:
Clappy will not provide introductions until intake is completed.
Clappy does not guarantee introductions, outcomes, financing, distribution, employment, or deals.
You must opt in to receive marketing emails and SMS. You may opt out at any time by using unsubscribe links or replying STOP.
Clappy may provide a newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Clappy uses third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to process user interactions, which may include call transcripts and message content.
Clappy does not allow these providers to train their models on your personal data.

Clappy may suspend or remove Users who violate these Terms.
Clappy is currently free to use. You are responsible for any carrier, data, or messaging charges from your phone service provider. If Clappy introduces paid services in the future, Clappy will provide advance notice of fees and billing terms. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any fee changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Clappy provides introductions on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Clappy does not guarantee outcomes, funding, representation, distribution, employment, or any business results.
Clappy retains Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law. Retention periods are designed to support service delivery, security, and compliance, and may include the retention of profile data, communications, and logs for defined periods. You may request deletion at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may withdraw consent at any time for marketing communications by using unsubscribe links or replying STOP to SMS. You may request removal from the Matching Pool or deletion of your account by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, Clappy will notify affected Users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, and will provide information about the nature of the breach and measures taken.
Clappy may use hashed or encrypted contact information to create custom audiences, measure campaign effectiveness, and perform retargeting or lookalike audience creation on advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You may opt out via platform settings or by contacting [email protected].
An AI phone call or AI chat intake is required to activate your account and join the Matching Pool. You are responsible for any carrier or data charges related to these interactions. Clappy may generate call transcripts to facilitate matching and improve service quality.
Communications with Clappy, including calls, messages, or emails, do not create binding agreements beyond these Terms. Users may not enter into non-disclosure agreements, non-competition agreements, or other binding contracts with Clappy through verbal communications. Only written agreements executed by an authorized representative of Greenlit Labs Inc. are valid.
Authorized personnel may access User data solely for purposes of service operation, quality assurance, safety, support, and compliance. Access is limited by role-based controls and subject to confidentiality obligations.
Clappy uses third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to process communications and generate matches. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Clappy does not permit these providers to train their models on your Personal Data.
Clappy may share hashed contact data with advertising platforms to enable targeted advertising and measurement. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
Clappy uses Profile Information and Content to generate matching suggestions. Potential matches may view a profile summary prior to opting in. Contact information is shared only after both parties explicitly opt in to connect.
Clappy is not a substitute for professional advice (including legal, financial, or mental health advice). If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you should discontinue the interaction and contact support. Clappy may take action to protect User safety.
If you opt in through a Partner or elect to join a Partner network, your profile may be included in both the Partner network and Clappy’s global Matching Pool for potential introductions.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, models, workflows, user interfaces, designs, and trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Greenlit Labs Inc. and its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to use the Service, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Clappy, you grant Greenlit Labs Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clappy and Greenlit Labs Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Clappy’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Clappy in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
